All wedding photography packages include previewing the wedding and reception site to plan lighting, hear what you envision, and advise you of best options, as well as a pre-bridal or engagement portraits because we believe it’s important to establish a relationship and familiarity with the bride and groom prior to the wedding day. When taking a portrait, this helps the subjects to relax, which positively affects the expression of the subject’s eyes. Our goal is for your comfort and relaxation in front of the lens, so your personality shows through.
You also always get 2 photographers, 2 DVDs (playable in DVD players and your computer) featuring appx. 100 images per hour photographed, ready to print or design with, a optional password protected on-line gallery for hassle-free ordering and an easy option for out-of-town friends and family to view and purchase, free album design, your engagement or pre-bridal session and images, and an optional trash the dress shoot. Extra proof DVDs are $15/each.
Bound albums, coffee table books, sterling silver jewelry – there is a huge amount of boutique products. If you’ve seen it, we can source it! Credit card orders are available.
Paying the bill, rates and what we offer…
No one wants to have to budget but it’s a reality of life. If you are in love with our work and are on a tight budget, contact us and we might be able to customize something for you. We really don’t believe you should have to have a second mortgage just to have a beautiful wedding.
ALL PACKAGES INCLUDE AN ENGAGMENT SESSION. We feel this is more than a photo session, but a chance to get to know you, make notes on how you photograph best and develop a relationship that makes the wedding day go more smoothly.
About your images: Albums are ala cart unless specified but what you get is all the pictures, every picture, so you can take them and do what you want. No high mark-ups. DVDs are stamped “personal copyright released”. In other words, you can’t use them in ads or sell them without permission but any prints and albums or sharing for yourself you want to do? Bring it on!
We offer a full range of products and assistance and design but we do not count on selling you products to make our income. What you pay upfront is it.

We get there for you dressing and don’t leave until the party is over. What moment would we miss if we watched the clock? This is our standard coverage because it’s what we believe in. This includes 2 DVDs of all our images, online gallery, the works. $2400
Fairy tales and the whole truth
The laughter, the humor, that special moment when you first find the perfect dress. Mother’s tears, bridesmaid’s laughter, the toasts…. Record it all. This package includes three sessions to be used on rehearsal dinner, dress shopping, showers or whatever you wish along with the engagement session, a trash-the dress (or modified after the wedding day but only maybe smudging the dress a bit) as well as our full wedding coverage and an album to show the whole story from the planning, the parties to the big day itself. Going somewhere really cool for your honeymoon? We’re open to be stuffed in a suitcase and coming along! Okay, maybe not, but we are really flexible. Weekend party events are subject to prior scheduling of weddings. $4500

On low demand days we sometimes are available to cover by an hourly rate of $250. Contact us for details.
Discounts: Military discounts, inquire. We give discounts for using the following vendors: Annie Fenwick’s Weddings, Pearls and Roses Wedding services, Francoise Weeks Floral, Notes of Celebration & Abernathy Center.
All images are available with a variety of effects including black & white, sepia tones, hand-tinted effect and color washes for no extra charge. Your proof album DVD will include a selection of these options as well. Digital images being prepared in special effects and B&W are prepared for a material charge of $2 per Disc.
Your images should be ready in 2 weeks give or take plus mailing/delivery time. We shoot digital format with Canon SLR EOS Cameras (love the 5DII, our primary ‘baby’) , and invite questions you have about our equipment.
